UAE developer Manazel to build four new schools

UAE-based developer Manazel Real Estate has announced plans to build four schools within its residential developments.
The company said in a statement that the move is in line with Manazel's strategy to develop fully integrated residential environments in the UAE.
Schools will be built across its Al Reef and Ghantoot Hotel & Resort projects with Manazel seeking to attract a number of international education institutions, Arabian Business reported.
Manazel said it plans to build two schools in its Al Reef Villas development, which is located near Al Raha beach and Abu Dhabi International Airport on the road to Shahama City.
The first school will cater to kindergarten and primary level children and will accommodate over 2,000 students.
The second school will cater to intermediate and secondary level children and will accommodate over 1,000 students.
The third school will be built in Al Reef 2 in Al Samha, Abu Dhabi which has 860 villas and will cater to about 1,000 kindergarten children.
The fourth school will be located within the Ghantoot Hotel & Resort in Abu Dhabi and will also cater to early level and kindergarten children and will accommodate approximately 1,200 students.
Manazel's chairman Mohamed M Al Qubaisi said: "Our school building programme will support the on-going growth of our communities and provide much needed educational facilities for all of the families that live in our developments.
"Our vision is to create fully integrated communities that combine education health, shopping and entertainment within a modern urban environment."
He added: "We remain focused on delivering steady and sustained growth in tandem with our expansion strategy, which is aimed at diversifying our real estate business into new and growth sectors such as education and healthcare."
