Sunmarke School Dubai appoints new head of secondary
August 19, 2017, 8:00 am GMTJason Jonathan King has joined Sunmarke School Dubai as the new head of secondary.
King has led and managed educational change over the past 20 years in a variety of countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, UAE, Jordan, South Africa, Singapore, and India.
Most recently, he was principal at The Cambridge High School Abu Dhabi.
Commenting on his new role at Sunmarke, King said: My educational philosophy is one built on providing a high quality education with high expectations. A school is about the quality of learning and teaching, but it is also about creating a warm, caring, enthusiastic and exciting environment in which young people can learn, create and innovate to succeed. This encapsulates the Sunmarke's 'positive education' culture, one that enables students to flourish and excel allowing bespoke career pathways to top colleges and universities across the world.
